Sarah Joy Zell is a yoga instructor, massage therapist and health writer based in Santa Cruz, CA. She comes to Santa Cruz after ten years in the East Bay where she earned her BA in English Literature from UC Berkeley in 2004, and her CMT from McKinnon Body Therapy center in Oakland in 2006. Her bodywork style is an intuitive mixture of shiatsu and reflexology, with tools to get to the core issues, and a capacity for listening and responding to subtle changes in soft tissue.
Sarah has also help run the successful health care practices of Transcendist green dental spa in Berkeley, CA, and Acupuncturist Joanne May in Santa Monica, CA.
